Exhibit A Intelsat License LLC Hagerstown, Maryland Viasat 13.5 Meter Earth Station Call Sign: E140121 This application seeks to modify the E140121 grant to add Control and Data restoration services to the K78 antenna. There are additions to the Points-of-Contact, Frequency Coordination and Frequency sections. Specifically, Intelsat is adding the following frequencies for restoration services: 10950-11200 MHz 11450-11700 MHz 11700-12200 MHz 13750-14000 MHz 14000-14500 MHz There are no changes to the parameters of the K78 antenna itself and no deletions from the existing grant. Exhibits: Exhibit B – An analysis that demonstrates that there will be no impact to NASA or Navy RADAR services in the 13.75-14.00 GHz band Exhibit C – An analysis of the potential interference in the 10.7- 11.7 GHz band from terrestrial services.
