SES is amending its pending application to modify earth station license E970336 to add the Mexican−licensed QuetzSat−1 satellite as a point of communication. This amendment proposes to change the orbital location of the satellite from 77.05W to 77.0 W.L. (+/− 0.05). 10

The applicant certifies that grant of this application would not cause the applicant to be in violation of the spectrum aggregation limit in 47 CFR Part 20.
