43. Description. (Summarize the nature of the application and the services to be provided). In its initial modification applicant sought (1) to add Estrela do Sul 2 as a point of communication; (2) to authorize Telstar 11N and Estrela do Sul 2 to communicate with previously authorized extended Ku−band frequencies; (3) to expand the frequency coordination satellite arc in the standard Ku−band frequencies for the antenna identified as 15M; (4) to restore ALSAT, which had previously been indicated on its license, as a point of communication for all standard Ku−band frequencies; and (5) to add the SE−125 ESV unit to its license. By way of the instant amendment, applicant seeks (1) to add two additional ESV units to its license −− Intellian V60G and V110; (2) to add MSAT−1 and MSAT−2 as points of communication; (3) to revise further the range of the satellite arc for its 15M antenna in standard Ku−band frequencies; (4) to expand the frequency range for the 960KF2D TT&C carrier on the 15M antenna; and (5) to delete the entry relating to the use of the 12500−12750 MHz band made in its initial modification. 24
