Ownership Statement

                                         Vizada, Inc.


        Applicant Vizada, Inc. (“Vizada”), a Delaware corporation, is currently
undergoing a change in ownership1 but as of the filing of the current application is an
indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of MobSat Holding Norway AS (“MobSat AS”).
MobSat AS is an indirect wholly owned subsidiary of MobSat Group Holding Sàrl
("MobSat Group"), a Luxembourg company and the majority of MobSat Group’s shares
are held by another Luxembourg company, Chrysaor S.à r.l. (“Chrysaor”).

        Shareholders who previously directly held interests in Mobsat Group own 97.2%
of the shares of Chrysaor, and through Chrysaor, hold substantial interests in Vizada. The
Commission has previously approved these shareholders and their interests in Vizada.2
Apax France VI (“Apax France”) holds a 52.1% total interest in Vizada, Altamir
Amboise SCA (“Altamir Amboise”) holds a 20.3% total interest in Vizada, and Apax
Parallel Investment V (“API V”) holds a 14.9% total interest in Vizada. Apax France is a
fonds commun de placement à risques (an investment fund) organized under French law.
Altamir Amboise is organized in France as a société en commandite par action, which is
equivalent to a limited partnership in the United States. API V is a Delaware limited
partnership in which an interest of greater than 99% is held by Summer Street Satellite
Holding Company, Ltd. (“Summer Street”), a Cayman Islands company. Summer Street
is wholly owned by GEAM International Private Equity Fund, L.P., a private equity fund
organized in Delaware that is sponsored by GE Asset Management, Inc.

Transfer of Control application filed by Vizada, Inc. and granted by the Commission

  On July 30, 2011 Astrium Holding SAS (“Astrium”), a French private company and
indirect wholly owned subsidiary of European Aeronautics Defence and Space Company
EADS N.V. (“EADS”), a Dutch public company, entered into a share purchase
agreement for the acquisition of Mobsat Group Holding S.à r.l. and all of its subsidiaries,
including, but not limited to Vizada, Inc. Applications for Commission authority for the
change in foreign ownership are pending under file numbers ISP-PDR-20110818-00009,
ITC-T/C-20110818-00266, SES-T/C-20110818-00979 and SES-T/C-20110818-00980.
