Applicant NewCom International ('NewCom') seeks to amend its pending modification and amendment applications (SES-MFS-20041206-01790, as amended by SES-AFS-20050114-00050 and SES-AFS-20060324-00505) of a transmit/receive common carrier C-band earth station at Miami, Florida for the provision of voice and data services to add Burkina Faso, Ghana, Guinea, Guinea-Bissau, Niger, Nigeria, Senegal and Sierra Leone to the international points of communication NewCom is authorized to access utilizing the Express 3A spacecraft.Exhibit A
