DOJ currently is reviewing this matter for any national security, law enforcement, and public safety issues but has not yet completed that effort. We therefore request that the Commission defer action until DOJ notifies the Commission of the completion of its review and, based on the results of such review and any needed coordination with other agencies, requests appropriate action by the Commission.
