David, This email is to clarify the ownership structure of the Apollo cable system. The FCC licensee of the Apollo
submarine cable is Cable & Wireless Americas Systems, lnc.ç'CWAS"). CWAS is directly owned by Apollo
Submarine Cable System Limited (UK) which is 55% owned by Cable & Wireless Global Network Ltd. (Ireland)
and 45% owned by Aicatel Submarine Networks Ltd (UK). Cable & Wireless Global Networks Ltd (Ireland) had
been ultimately controlled by Cable & Wireless plc. On April 7, 2010, CWAS submitted a pro forma transfer of
control application. See. File No.: SCL-T/C-20100407-00011 The chain of ownership and pro forma transfer
