(GCG), from Startec Global Operating Company to Guam Telecom LLC. GCG holds ownership interests in TPC-5 cable (0.14293%), China-U.S. cable (0.07882%) and Guam- Philippines cable (1.06647%). DoD also will not be filing comments with respect to the domestic Section 214 application filed for the transfer of control of Guam Cable Group, Inc., from Startec Global Operating Company to Guam Telecom, LLC.
