Dear Susan: As discussed earlier today, I am forwarding to you the following materials: e Stamped .pdf copies of the parties‘ STA request and Underlying Application as delivered to the Executive Branch agencies. None of the agencies have regular stamp procedures so our paralegal collected signatures from personnel at each agency. Please note, too, that I have included another copy of the Underlying Application with a later stamped date than the STA request. When we first submitted our filings to Pittsburgh they were stamped in as a single package. Out of an abundance of caution we resubmitted the Underlying Application to solicit a stamp for it; e A .pdf copy of Joel Winnik‘s filing regarding the CNE Inc. name change, along with the associated State of Delaware documentation regarding that name change. I am concurrently filing these documents with the Commission this afternoon, and either I or Joel will follow up with a stamped version for your records. I am U.S. mailing copies of Joel‘s filing to the Executive Branch agencies as well and will effect hand delivery tomorrow morning; and e Responses to your three questions regarding the capitalization of Rogers, ownership of same, and the transaction and conversion processes. 191960_1.DOC
