DHS is reviewing this matter for national security, law enforcement, and public safety issues and requires additional time in order to complete such review. DHS intends to correspond with the Applicant and any relevant counsel in order to obtain information necessary in order to conduct such review. DHS therefore requests that the Commission defer action until such time as DHS notifies the Commission of the completion of its review and, based on the results of such review, requests appropriate action by the Commission. DHS will advise the Commission promptly upon completion of its review.
