   Dear Ms. Dortch:



                 On March 25, 2016 Quintillion Subsea Operations, LLC (“Quintillion Subsea
   Operations” or the “Company”), by its attorneys, submitted an Application for a License to
   Construct, Land and Operate a Private Fiber Optic Cable System Linking Points Within Alaska,
   and Request for Streamlined Treatment (the “Application”) to the Federal Communications
   Commission (“Commission”).

                   In response to an inquiry from the International Bureau staff, Quintillion hereby
   provides additional information regarding the leases and collocation agreements (collectively,
   “leases”) associated with Quintillion's cable landing stations at the six landing sites of the
   proposed system, as described in Quintillion's Application and April 8, 2016, supplement. At
   each landing site, the Company has a twenty-year or twenty-five year initial lease term. At the
   Company's option, it can extend each lease upon notice to the lessor for an additional five (5)
   years and otherwise on the same terms and conditions. The Company has the option to renew
   such extensions three times for an additional five years each time after the first extension, for a
   potential forty-year or forty-five year term at each station site. In short, Quintillion hereby

confirms it will have the right to access and control, as a lessee, the landing sites and landing
stations throughout the entire 25-year submarine cable license period.
