(“GU Holdings”) in its capacity as lead licensee of the Unity Cable System 1 notifies the Commission that the name of one of the co-licensees in the system has changed. Specifically, Pacnet Services (USA) Inc. has changed its name to Telstra Services (USA) Inc. (“Telstra Services”). GU Holdings requests that the Commission update the name associated to the Unity Cable System submarine cable landing license to reflect the co-licensee’s current name “Telstra Services (USA) Inc.” GU Holdings notes that it has been informed by Telstra Services that it has solely undergone a name change and that no other changes or transfers of assets requiring Commission approval have occurred.
