       Re: SCL—LIC—20070925—00017—Gemini—Bermuda Cable
               System In—Service Date

Dear Ms. Dortch:

On behalf of CWC New Cayman Limited (°CWC New Cayman"), licensee of the
Gemini—Bermuda Cable System (SCL—LIC—20070925—00017), this responds to the
request of Ms. Angela DeMahy of the International Bureau ("Bureau") staff for a copy of
the original in—service letter for the Gemini—Bermuda Cable System.

CWC New Cayman has reviewed its records carefully and cannot locate the
original in—service letter for the Gemini—Bermuda Cable System. However, CWC New
Cayman‘s files contain the Certificate of Final Acceptance for the Gemini Bermuda Cable
System ("Final Acceptance Certificate") (copy attached as Exhibit 1). The Final
Acceptance Certificate indicates that the Gemini—Bermuda Cable System was brought
into service on October 10, 2007, and that the purchaser of the Gemini—Bermuda Cable
System granted a Certificate of Final Acceptance dated January 11, 2008 to the supplier
of the Gemini—Bermuda Cable System, Azea Networks Limited.

Please note the following change in the licensee. Cable and Wireless Networks
Services Limited previously held the Gemini—Bermuda Cable System license. The
Gemini—Bermuda Cable System license was assigned to CWC New Cayman in a
transaction completed on May 16, 2017. See SCL—T/C—20151130—00033, Report No.
SCL—00197, DA 17—298 (rel. Mar. 30, 2017).
