(“BSLD)” and Sprint Communications LP (“Sprint”) hereby supplement application file number SCL-ASG-20111214-00033 to provide the information requested. Response to 47 C.F.R. § 1.717(a)(i): (a) Ownership interest in MAYA-1 that was assigned from BellSouth to Sprint: BSLD Voting Interest - 2.37498%; BSLD Capacity - 0.59524%. (b) Sprint’s ownership level in MAYA-1 after the assignment (Sprint’s ownership interest prior to the assignment plus the ownership interest acquired by the assignment): Sprint’s ownership before transfer: Voting Interest - 5.18410%; Capacity - 7.37179%; After transfer: Voting Interest - 7.55908%; Capacity - 7.96703%. (c) Sprint’s current ownership interest in MAYA-1: Sprint’s Voting Interest - 4.48011%; Sprint’s Capacity - 4.85427%.

Direct Ownership of Sprint: Sprint is a wholly-owned indirect subsidiary of Sprint Nextel Corporation, a publicly traded corporation whose stock is widely held by the public, with no person or entity holding a ten percent or greater ownership interest in Sprint Nextel. 2
