ATTACHMENT 1 Kodiak Kenai Cable Company, LLC (°KKCC" or "Assignor"), licensee of cable landing license authority, FCC File No. SCL—LIC—20060413—00004, pursuant to 47 C.F.R. 1.767(g)(7), hereby notifies the Federal Communications Commission ("Commission") that a pro forma assignment of license for this authorization, from KKCC to Kodiak Kenai Fiber Link, Inc. (°KKFL" or "Assignee"), was consummated on July 15, 2009. The parties certify this transaction was pro forma as defined in 47 C.F.R. 63.24 Note 2 to Paragraph (d) ". . . assignment or transfer from a corporation to a wholly—owned direct or indirect subsidiary thereof or vice versa, or where there is an assignment from a corporation to a corporation owned or controlled by the assignor stockholders without substantial change in their interests . .." KKFL, the Assignee, is a wholly—owned subsidiary of KKCC, the Assignor. Other than the transfer of the authorization to its wholly—owned subsidiary, there is no change in the ownership of the Assignor. In support of this Notification, each party submits the following information pursuant to 1.767(a) of the Commission‘s rules, 47 C.F.R. § 1.767.

47 C.F.R. §63.18(h) KKFL is owned one hundred percent by KKCC which, in turn, is 90 percent (90%) majority owned by the Old Harbor Native Corporation, an Alaska native corporation, located at 2702 Denali Street, Suite 100, Anchorage, Alaska 99503. The principal businesses of Old Harbor Native Corporation are government contracting, real estate and tourism.
