Washington, D.C. 20554 Re: File No. SCL— — Amendment to Application for Pro Forma Assignment of Submarine Cable Landing License Dear Secretary Dortch: BCE Nexxia Corporation ("BCE Nexxia") and Marine Cable Corporation ("Marine Cable," and, together with BCE Nexxia, the "Applicants"), by their attorneys, ‘ hereby submit this letter to clarify and, to the extent necessary, amend the above—referenced Application, filed January 31, 2007. Applicants certified in their Application that they are affiliated with foreign carriers in Canada and that Canada is a member of the World Trade Organization. See Application at 5—6. The Application therefore is eligible for streamlined treatment pursuant to the terms of section 1.767(k)(3) of the Commission‘s rules, 47 C.F.R. § 1.767(k)(3). To the extent the Application did not expressly state that Applicants seek streamlined treatment, they respectfully do so here.
