SCL—ASG—20050304— 00003, SCL—T/C—20050304—00005, SCL—20050304—00004 Dear Ms. Dortch: In accordance with Section 1.767(a)(11)(111) of the Commission‘s rules, VSNL Telecommunications (US) Inc. ("VSNL US"), by its counsel, hereby notifies the Commission that the transaction described in the applications identified by the above—referenced file numbers was consummated on June 30, 2005. Additionally, in accordance with the Public Notice announcing grant of the applications,‘ VSNL US hereby notifies the Commission that, as of the closing of the transaction, the Tyco Pacific and Tyco Atlantic cables are now referred to as the TGN Pacific and TGN Atlantic cables, respectively." 1 See Actions Taken Under Cable Landing License Act, Public Notice, DA 05—1268, at 6, 7 (released Apr. 29, 2005). 2 VSNL US reserves the right to change the name of the cables and will promptly notify the Commission in the event that such name change occurs.
