(“Licensee”), by its undersigned counsel, and pursuant to section 63.21(i) of the Commission’s Rules, 47 C.F.R. § 63.21(i), hereby requests that the Commission update the name associated with Licensee’s submarine cable landing license to reflect the name change of Licensee to “Globenet Cabos Sumarinos America, Inc.” This name change is the last step of the transfer of control of Licensee to BTG Pactual YS Empreendimentos e Participações S.A., which was approved by the Commission on December 13, 2013 in File No. SCL-T/C-20130729-00006 and which was completed on December 20, 2013. Licensee holds the Atlantica-1 submarine cable landing license and operates the GlobeNet cable system. Licensee respectfully requests that this notification be associated with that file.
