Dear Ms. Dortch:

        Pursuant to Section 25.137 of the Commission’s rules,1 Gamma Acquisition L.L.C.
(“Gamma”) hereby notifies the Commission that, on March 8, 2019, and pursuant to due
authorization from the competent Canadian regulator, Innovation, Science and Economic
Development Canada, Gamma Acquisition Canada ULC transferred its license to the Canadian
authorization for the T1 satellite (authorized as S2633 through a Letter of Intent authorization by
the FCC) to Terrestar Solutions Inc.2 While the Canadian authorization has been transferred, the
control and operations of the satellite related to the U.S. remains with Gamma.
