SAT-T/C-20110228-00041 and -00042; SES-T/C-20110228-00221, -00222, -00223 and - 00224; and 0001-EX-TC-2011, 0002-EX-TC-2011 and 0003-EX-TC-2011 Dear Ms. Dortch, EchoStar Corporation (“EchoStar”) hereby notifies the Commission that the transfer of control over the Commission authorizations held by Hughes Network Systems, LLC and HNS License Sub, LLC – subsidiaries of Hughes Communications, Inc. (“Hughes”) – was consummated on June 8, 2011. The transfer was completed following the Commission’s approval of the above-referenced applications as part of the merger between EchoStar and Hughes. As there is no change in the name of either licensee, no administrative update to the International Bureau Filings System (“IBFS”) is required. Please address any questions to the undersigned.
