Washington, D.C. 20554 Re: Liberty Media Corporation IBFS File No. SAT-T/C-20090127-00010 Dear Ms. Dortch: On January 27, 2009, Liberty Media Corporation (“Liberty Media”) and DIRECTV Enterprises, LLC ("DIRECTV") filed the above-referenced pro forma application to transfer control of six Direct Broadcast Satellite space station licenses held by DIRECTV from Liberty Media to Liberty Entertainment, Inc. Upon subsequent review, it was discovered that DIRECTV 13 (call sign S2693) was inadvertently included in the list of call signs to be transferred. This was a clerical error. On November 9, 2007, DIRECTV voluntarily surrendered its authorization1 for DIRECTV 13 by letter filed with the FCC.2 Therefore, DIRECTV 13 is no longer a valid authorization subject to the current pro forma transfer of control application.
