The name changes are part of a coordinated effort to change the corporate names of all MSV—named entities operating in the United States and Canada to SkyTerra—named entities. Because the partners provide mobile satellite services on a seamless, North American—wide basis, this will facilitate a harmonized approach to the provisioning and branding of services on both sides of the border. SkyTerra Sub requests that the Comm1ss1on s records for the licenses and applications hstedin the attached Exhibit be updated accordingly."
