Set forth below is the information required by the Commission. (1) The operator‘s name is Intelsat North America LLC. (2) The last north/south station—keeping maneuver occurred on July 29, 2008. (3) The initial inclination (after the last north/south station—keeping maneuver) was 0.07°. (4) The rate of change in inclination per year is as follows: 2008 —0.936° per year 2009 —0.905° per year 2010 —0.872° per year 2011 —0.839° per year 2012 —0.812° per year (5) The expected end—of—life of the satellite accounting for inclined orbit operation is August 2011.
