SES—TC—20040322—00473, SES— 1C—20040322—00457 and SAT—TC—20040318—00036 Dear Ms. Dortch: Pursuant to Section 25.1 19(1) ofthe Commission‘s rules, 47 C.F.R. § 25.119(D, ORBCOMM License Corp. ("ORBCOMM),hereby supplements its previous letter of January 25, 2005, which notifed the Commission ofthe consummation ofthe tansfer of control of ORBCOMM. ORBCOMM supplements that notifieation to incorporate the two earth station Hicenses that were also transferred as part of the same transaction —— File Nos. SES—T/C— 20040322:00473 and SES—T/C—20040322—00457, The previous letter inadvertently omitted the earth station licenses from the consummation notification. Commission approval ofthe transfer ofcontrol of those earth station licenses was announced in the Public Notice released on December 8, 2004 (Report No. SES—00667). The transfer of control over those licenses awaited Commission approval of the satellite transfer, which became effective upon Commission approval ofthe transfer of control of the satelilicense on December 30, 2004 .
