Description Request for Special Temporary Authority to allow interim control of the licensee by Meta Aerospace LLC ('Meta') in advance of FCC consideration of the contemporaneously filed Transfer of Control Application in which a waiver of the Commission's prior approval requirement and post consummation consent for Meta's acquisition of a 61.75 percent indirect interest in R2 Space are sought.
