               Call Sign: S2154

Dear Ms. Dortch:

Intelsat License LLC (“Intelsat”) herein requests 60 days, commencing September 9, 2019, of Special
Temporary Authority (“STA”)1 to operate Galaxy 25 (Call Sign S2154) at 32.9° E.L. The Galaxy 25
satellite is currently drifting to 32.9° E.L. from 93.1° W.L.2 and is expected to arrive on-station on
September 9, 2019. Intelsat will be filing an application to support permanent operations of Galaxy
25 at 32.9° E.L.

On-station at 32.9° E.L., Galaxy 25, subject to Federal Communications Commission (“Commission”)
authorization, will operate in the following frequency bands: 5925-6425 MHz and 3700-4200 MHz;
and in the following telemetry, tracking, and command (“TT&C”) center frequencies: 4195.5 MHz
and 4199.5 (downlink); 5926.5 MHz and 6423.5 MHz (uplink).

Grant of this STA request will not result in increased risk of harmful interference. Intelsat will
operate Galaxy 25 at 32.9° E.L. in conformance with relevant coordination agreements concerning the
nominal 33° E.L. location.

Grant of this STA request is in the public interest because it will allow Intelsat to provide new
capacity from the 32.9° E.L. orbital location.
