8. Description Intelsat License LLC herein requests a grant of Special Temporary Authority for 30 days, beginning August 10, 2019, to conduct in-orbit testing of the Intelsat 39 satellite (Call Sign S3023) at 55.3 E.L. to drift the satellite to its permanent location of 62.0 E.L. and to conduct additional in-orbit testing at 62.0 E.L.
9. By checking Yes, the undersigned certifies that neither applicant nor any other party to the application is subject to a denial of Federal benefits that includes FCC benefits pursuant to Section 5301 of the Anti-Drug Act of 1988, 21 U.S.C.
