8. Description Spaceflight Inc. requests Special Temporary Authority to permit it to communicate with a spacecraft and corresponding earth stations for a duration of no more than twenty-four (24) hours to take place in a single occurrence between 30 Sept. 2018 and 31 Oct. 2018.
