(“SES”), by its attorney, hereby updates the above-referenced request for special temporary authority (“STA”) in connection with a stationkeeping correction for the AMC- 12 satellite. Specifically, SES confirms that consistent with the procedures described in the STA request, the satellite’s position has been adjusted. As of February 15, 2016, the satellite is operating within its assigned east-west stationkeeping parameters according to corrected satellite ranging data.
