DISH Operating L.L.C. (“DISH”) hereby notifies the Federal Communications Commission
that, as confirmed by the attached declaration, the EchoStar 18 satellite (call sign S2931)
was successfully placed into orbit at the 67.2º W.L. orbital location on June 18, 2016 to
conduct in-orbit testing and telemetry, tracking and command operations in accordance with
the terms and conditions of the space station authorization (SAT-STA-20160504-00044).

I, Jaime Londono, in my capacity as Vice President, Advanced Programs and Spectrum
        Management, Echostar Satellite Operating Corporation, oversee satellite operations for
       the EchoStar 18 satellite and hereby certify as follows:



    1. The EchoStar 18 satellite (call sign $2931) was successfully launched by Arianespace on
       June 18, 2016.
   2. On June 29, 2016, EchoStar 18 was placed in its 67.2° W.L. orbital location to conduct in—
       orbit testing and telemetry, tracking and command operations in a¢cordance with the terms
       and conditions of its space station authorizations.
