13. Description
Intelsat License LLC herein requests grant of Special Temporary Authority for 30 days, from November 4, 2015 through December 3, 2015, to drift Intelsat 16 (S2750) from 76.2 W.L. to 58.1 W.L. and operate the satellite at that location. Specifically, Intelsat seeks STA to operate the Intelsat 16 satellite in the TT&C frequencies 12198.25 MHz, 12198.75 MHz, 13997.5 MHz, and 14499.5 MHz during the drift and on-station at 58.1 W.L., as well as the communications frequencies 10700 - 11450 MHz, 11700 - 12200 MHz, 12750 - 13250 MHz, 13750 - 14000 MHz, and 14000 - 14500 MHz once Intelsat 16 has reached 58.1 W.L.
