          Milestone Completion; IBFS File No. SAT—LOA—20121025—00187; Call Sign $2887

Dear Ms. Dortch:

Intelsat License LLC ("Intelsat"), pursuant to Section 25.121(d) of the Commission‘s rules, 47 C.F.R. §
25.121(d), hereby notifies the Commission that the Intelsat 30 satellite (call sign $2887) was
successfully placed into orbit at 95.05°W.L. and became fully operational at that location as of
November 24, 2014, in accordance with the terms of its FCC authorization.‘

In addition, Intelsat seeks a determination from the Commission that the last milestone for the Intelsat
30 satellite, requiring launch and operation of the satellite, has been satisfied.
