Description Intelsat License LLC herein requests a grant of Special Temporary Authority for 30 days, from October 26, 2014 through November 24, 2014, to conduct in-orbit testing of the Intelsat 30 satellite (Call Sign S2887) at 98.1 W.L. Intelsat 30 currently is scheduled to be launched on October 16, 2014.
9. By checking Yes, the undersigned certifies that neither applicant nor any other party to the application is subject to a denial of Federal benefits that includes FCC benefits pursuant to Section 5301 of the Anti-Drug Act of 1988, 21 U.S.C.
