SAT-MOD-20130227-00026, ) SAT-AMD-20130429-00063 Request for Modification of Authorization to ) Operate EchoStar 6 at 96.2 W.L. ) Call Sign: S2232 ) ) MINOR AMENDENT EchoStar Satellite Operating Corporation (“EchoStar”) submits this minor amendment to its above-referenced application to modify its authority for the EchoStar 6 satellite. Specifically, this minor amendment provides corrected polarization information in the attached Schedule S. Consistent with Section 25.118(d)(1), EchoStar Operating certifies that all other information submitted in the Application for Modification (as revised by a prior amendment) remains unchanged, and respectfully requests that the Commission grant the Application for Modification, as amended, so that EchoStar may receive authorization to operate EchoStar 6 at the 96.2° W.L. orbital location on a timely basis as set forth therein.
