SAT-MOD-20120301-00033 & SAT-STA-20140624-00078 Dear Ms. Dortch: Pursuant to Section 25.280(a) of the Commission’s rules, 1 EchoStar Satellite Operating Corporation (“EchoStar”) submits the following notice regarding the inclined orbit operation of the EchoStar 3 satellite: (1) The operator’s name is EchoStar Satellite Operating Corporation. (2) EchoStar 3’s inclined orbit operation was commenced on July14, 2014. (3) The satellite’s initial inclination was approximately 0º. (4) The rate of change in inclination will be approximately 0.85º per year. (5) EchoStar 3’s expected end of life accounting for inclined orbit operation is approximately February 2021.
