(Call Sign $2750) File No. SAT—STA—20140502—00046 Dear Ms. Dortch: Intelsat License LLC ("Intelsat") herein supplements its above referenced request for Special Temporary Authority ("STA") for 180 days ("180—day STA Request") to seek authority commencing immediately upon grant, rather than on August 10, 2014 as originally requested. At the time Intelsat filed the 180—day STA Request, it had planned to begin drifting the satellite on August 10, 2014. Intelsat has since revised the drift plan for this satellite, however, and now seeks to begin drifting it to 76.0° W.L. on June 10, 2014. Intelsat yesterday filed a 30—day STA request seeking authority beginning June 10, 2014.‘ In light of this development, Intelsat herein amends the pending 180—day STA Request to seek authority commencing immediately upon grant. Intelsat continues to seek the longer 180—day authority in order to cover Intelsat 16‘s anticipated stay at 76.0° W.L.
