XM Radio LLC requests special temporary authority for 180 days beginning on March 31, 2014, to extend the license term for the XM−2 (S2119) space station and permit relocation of the satellite to 27 deg. W.L. +/− 0.1 deg., where it will be positioned for up to four months in preparation for its removal to a disposal orbit. 9.
