Present at the meeting were, Jennifer Gilsenan, José Albuquerque, Karl Kensinger and Troy Tanner of the International Bureau; and the undersigned. At the meeting, EchoStar urged the Commission to put an end to Spectrum Five LLC‘s ("Spectrum Five") frivolous filings by expeditiously granting EchoStar‘s license modification and STA renewal applications, and rejecting Spectrum Five‘s claims against the applications, consistent with the recent court decision dismissing Spectrum Five‘s similar claims against the initial STA grant for lack of standing.
