In addition, EchoStar notes that it will provide telemetry, tracking, and control for EchoStar 15’s relocation to the 45º W.L. orbital cluster using the frequencies previously authorized by the Commission for the five earth stations that will be involved in the relocation of EchoStar 15 to 45.1º W.L.
