8. Description Intelsat License LLC herein requests a 60-day extension, from April 18, 2013, through June 16, 2013, of the Special Temporary Authority previously granted Intelsat to drift Intelsat 702 (call sign S2388) from 47.5 E.L. to 33.0 E.L. and to operate it at that location in inclined orbit in the C- and Ku-bands.

9. By checking Yes, the undersigned certifies that neither applicant nor any other party to the application is subject to a denial of Federal benefits that includes FCC benefits pursuant to Section 5301 of the Anti-Drug Act of 1988, 21 U.S.C.
