8. Description Intelsat License LLC herein requests Special Temporary Authority for 30 days, commencing February 18, 2013, to drift Intelsat 701 (call sign S2400) from 157.0 E.L. to 330.5 E.L. Intelsat intends shortly to file a modification application seeking permanent authority for this redeployment.
9. By checking Yes, the undersigned certifies that neither applicant nor any other party to the application is subject to a denial of Federal benefits that includes FCC benefits pursuant to Section 5301 of the Anti-Drug Act of 1988, 21 U.S.C.
