8. Description Intelsat License LLC herein requests a grant of Special Temporary Authority for 30 days, from March 15, 2013 through April 13, 2013, to conduct in-orbit testing of the UHF-band payload of the Intelsat 27 satellite (Call Sign S2827) at the permanent location of the satellite at 55.5 W.L. in certain channels and frequencies.

9.
