8. Description Iridium Constellation LLC ('Iridium') hereby requests Special Temporary Authority for an additional sixty (60) days, from December 15, 2012 through February 12, 2013, to continue to operate an additional, co-located satellite in its mission constellation.
9. By checking Yes, the undersigned certifies that neither applicant nor any other party to the application is subject to a denial of Federal benefits that includes FCC benefits pursuant to Section 5301 of the Anti-Drug Act of 1988, 21 U.S.C.
