8. Description DIRECTV hereby requests an extension of its STA for up to sixty days to continue to drift the DIRECTV 1R spacecraft to the 55.8 E.L. orbital location, and to perform TT&C operations with D1R during this drift and while initially on station at 55.8 E.L.

By checking Yes, the undersigned certifies that neither applicant nor any other party to the application is subject to a denial of Federal benefits that includes FCC benefits pursuant to Section 5301 of the Anti-Drug Act of 1988, 21 U.S.C.
