Dear Ms. Dortch:

Intelsat License LLC ("Intelsat") herein notifies the Commission that,
as a result of deployment plan changes, it will not be relocating
Intelsat 7 (call sign $2229) from 68.65° E.L. to 59.85° E.L. pursuant
to the above referenced Special Temporary Authority ("STA")
granted by the Commission on December 7, 2012.‘ Intelsat 7 will
continue to operate at 68.65° E.L. pursuant to its permanent license
for that location.
