ESOC recently requested and obtained STA to move EchoStar 3 to 61.8º W.L.,2 and ESOC has requested STA maintain EchoStar 3 at 61.8º W.L. as an in-orbit spare.3 If you have any questions regarding the information described in this letter, please contact me.
