Dear Ms. Dortch:

Intelsat License LLC (“Intelsat”) respectfully submits this letter to clarify
the telemetry, tracking, and command (“TT&C”) frequencies for the
above-referenced request for a grant of Special Temporary Authority
(“STA”)1 to conduct in-orbit testing of Intelsat 22 at 63.1º E.L., and to drift
the satellite to its permanent location of 72.1° E.L.2

The specific TT&C frequencies are as follows:
