Washington, D.C. 20554 Re: Grant of Special Temporary Authority for Galaxy 26, Call Sign S2469, File No. SAT-STA-20120125-00012 Dear Mr. Nelson: As required by Condition 13 of the above-referenced grant of Special Temporary Authority,1 Intelsat License LLC (“Intelsat”) submits this letter as an update on the status of coordination discussions between Intelsat and Al Yah Satellite Communications Company PrJSC (“Yahsat”). Intelsat met with Yahsat on February 6, 2012 and had a very productive meeting. At this time, no coordination agreement for the continued operation of Galaxy 26 at 50.0° E.L. has been concluded, but we expect to finalize an agreement within the next few days.
