Intelsat’s January 25, 2012 submission represents that the parties have continued their coordination negotiations and are moving toward an agreement. While the parties have made significant progress in their discussions, there are still unresolved issues that must be addressed through further negotiations. Accordingly, Yahsat respectfully reserves its right to submit further comments, and incorporates by reference into IBFS File No. SAT-STA-20120125-00012 its prior filings in the matters listed above.
