Call Sign S2469, File No. SAT-STA-20111219-00241

Dear Mr. Nelson:

As required by Condition 13 of the above-referenced grant of Special
Temporary Authority,1 Intelsat License LLC (“Intelsat”) submits this letter
as an update on the status of coordination discussions between Intelsat and
Al Yah Satellite Communications Company PrJSC (“Yahsat”). At this
time, no coordination agreement for the continued operation of Galaxy 26
at 50.0° E.L. has been concluded. However, Intelsat has been in regular
discussions with Yahsat, and the parties are scheduled to meet in Geneva
this coming Monday, February 6, 2012. Intelsat expects to have a signed
agreement with Yahsat on that day, but in any event no later than by mid-
February.

Sincerely,
